Shipping Policy

We offer the fastest, same day shipping in the business, so you won't have to wait for your gear. In most cases, in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on weekdays will be shipped that same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out the next business day. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail, or by phone with options and alternatives.

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all:

  • Domestic US orders over $350.00 USD
  • International orders over $1000.00 USD

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within two business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. To determine the charges for your order, go to Checkout and enter your shipping address.

Orders shipping to the United States have three shipping options: ground (which typically takes 3-5 days), 2-day air, or overnight. Note that these are days in transit are business days, so Saturday and Sunday are not included. We ship by UPS and US Mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS happily ships internationally! We have two options to use. DHL and USPS (US Postal Service) Global Express Service for shipments outside of the United States. The shipping charges are based on the weight of the package.

Our price quotes do not include any customs or duty charges. All items are subject to duty regulations that vary by country. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for any duty or tax if the package is opened and inspected by customs officials. Please also note that the cost of shipping and return shipping cannot be refunded to you if you refuse delivery.

You will be charged for international shipping plus an additional $15 for international packaging, documentation and guaranteed delivery. Any customs duties and taxes will be due upon receipt of the package. Your package will arrive in an average of 10-14 business days.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to or call us at 1-866-728-4286 and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

It's simple. For any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will make it right.

All orders cancelled BEFORE shipment are NOT subject to any restocking or administration fees, ever! However, if your order has shipped, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

SALES TAX is a Delaware corporation and does not charge sales tax to domestic or international shipments.
