Returns & Exchanges
It's simple. For any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will make it right.
All orders cancelled BEFORE shipment are NOT subject to any restocking or administration fees, ever! However, if your order has shipped, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service department by email: returns@ProfessionalAviationHeadsets.com or call us toll free at 1-866-728-4286 for an RMA [Returns Merchandise Authorization]. We will email you an RMA to be filled out. Simply return the RMA and the product within 30 days from date of purchase, and in the same condition in which it was received, with all included accessories, original box & packaging materials, manuals, documents, blank warranty cards, and UPC barcodes. No Returns accepted without a a pre-issued RMA number. You can download our RMA form here.
After 30 days, we will continue to support the product, but refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
Personalized products are not returnable. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@ProfessionalAviationHeadsets.com or call us at 1-866-728-4286 and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
